Lindsay Conway, Sustainability Project Officer, Lamington Group

Lindsay Conway is a Sustainability Projects Officer at Lamington Group, where she leads the implementation of the company’s One Planet Living Strategy and Net Zero Carbon roadmap across its hospitality and real estate portfolio, including the award-winning room2 hometels. Her work spans sustainability strategy, internal programme development, and carbon reporting, helping to embed climate action across the business. Previously, Lindsay worked at the Sustainable Restaurant Association, supporting restaurants in driving improvements through the Food Made Good Standard. Her efforts helped shape and promote best practices in sustainability across the hospitality sector. Lindsay holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management and Sustainability from Heriot-Watt University, a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Fordham University, and a certificate in Corporate Sustainability from NYU. She is passionate about using practical tools and collaboration to accelerate change in the hospitality and built environment sectors.
