Registration & Badges

Where and when can I collect my badge?

Please head to Entrance S2 of ExCeL to collect your badge at:

  • Tuesday 24 February: 13:00 – 18:00 (build day for exhibitors only)
  • Wednesday 25 February: 08:30 – 18:00
  • Thursday 26 February: 09:00 – 16:00
How do I register my staff/passes/badges?

Within the Exhibitor Manual you’ll find the section “Registration, Event App, Lead Data” . Use this area to register your staff and any applicable passes.

How can I edit or delete someone I’ve registered?

Please email Megan.Crowe@terrapinn.com and the team will update or remove the registration for you.

Build-Up & Breakdown

What time is build?

Tuesday 24 February (Build Day):

  • Space Only: 08:00 – 22:30
  • Shell Scheme / Startups: 13:00 – 18:00
When is breakdown?

Thursday 26 February:

  • Light Breakdown (hand-carried items only): from 16:30
  • Full Breakdown (contractor access): from 16:45
  • All exhibits and waste cleared by: 22:30
Do I need to wear PPE on build days?

Yes. During build-up, everyone is required to wear appropriate closed-toe shoes and hi-vis clothing. These can be purchased at the ExCeL Business Services Shop (Level 0 between N4/S4).

Venue & Travel

What is the venue and hall number?

NoVacancy London 2026 takes place at ExCeL London in Halls S3–S5 (Entrance S2) .

Where is the nearest public transport station?

The Elizabeth Line and DLR are the quickest routes to ExCeL:

  • Alight at Custom House for the west entrance.
  • Alight at Prince Regent for the east entrance and ICCs.

The Elizabeth Line connects from Heathrow, central London and Canary Wharf. You can also walk from Canning Town (approx. 20 minutes).

Can I cycle to NoVacancy London 2026?

Yes. Cycle racks are located by the west entrance near the taxi rank. There is no charge to use the cycle racks.

Stand Information

What is my stand number?

If you have access to the Exhibitor Manual, your stand number is listed under “Your Stand” .
At the event, you can also find your stand number on the floorplan via the app or the printed floorplan at the front of the hall.

What type of stand do I have and what’s included?

Please confirm your stand type in the “Your Stand” section of the Exhibitor Manual.

  • Space Only: Only the floor space on the event is provided. No carpet, power or furniture.
  • Shell Scheme: White walling, grey carpet, 1 light & 1 x 500w electrical socket and nameboard/fascia. Furniture is not included.
  • Startup Space: 1m wide unit, nameboard, graphic board and carpet.

Orders & Services

How do I order a TV screen/monitor?

TV screens/monitors can be ordered via the Exhibitor Manual using the appointed AV/stand contractor’s forms/links.

How do I order electricity?

For power orders, please use the Creative Webshop . If you require 24-hour power (e.g. for fridges or servers) you must book it in advance.

How do I order furniture?

Stand furniture can be ordered via the Creative Webshop listed in the Exhibitor Manual.

My electricity isn’t working – what do I do?

Please visit the Creative service desk by Entrance S2 and report the issue so they can investigate and resolve it.

Is there free Wi-Fi? How do I order internet?

There is free venue Wi-Fi in the exhibition space and conference rooms for general use.

For critical applications (demos, payment systems, live services), a wired internet connection is strongly recommended. This can be ordered via the ExCeL Webshop .

Can I bring catering into the hall?

No outside catering can be brought into ExCeL. All catering, including water coolers, coffee machines and alcoholic drinks, must be sourced via the official catering company (details via the ExCeL Catering shop).

Stand Design & Rigging

How do I order rigging and hanging signs?

All rigging orders must first be approved by Terrapinn. Please send your rigging plans to eloise.rowlands@terrapinn.com by 19 January 2026 .

Hanging signs may not exceed the length of any side of your stand or hang over the aisle space. Once approved, book rigging via ExCeL’s in-house rigging supplier using the ExCeL Rigging ordering link.

How do I submit my stand design (Space Only)?

All space-only stands require approval. Please submit your stand plans by 23 January 2026 to eloise.rowlands@terrapinn.com .

Your submission must include:

  • A scale plan
  • A construction phase plan
  • Risk assessment
  • Method statement
  • Public liability insurance details

Complex stands may require additional structural engineer approval (at a fee). Ensure your design complies with the show rules, e-guide and relevant Health & Safety legislation.

Freight & Logistics

Who is your freight/logistics supplier?

DSV Global Transport & Logistics is the official freight forwarder and on-site logistics partner for this event. They provide end-to-end shipping solutions including documentation, customs clearance and delivery direct to your stand.

Can I have something delivered or shipped directly to the venue?

It is highly recommended that you send materials to DSV’s advance warehouse rather than directly to the venue. This helps avoid customs delays, misplacement and refused deliveries.

What is the freight order deadline?

The freight services order deadline is Friday 13 February 2026 . Please book early to secure services and timeslots.

Can I drive into the loading bay?

Please use the ExCeL Voyage Control system to book a slot for loading and unloading. Voyage Control opens approximately four weeks prior to build day; more information is provided via your manual.

When will my freight and empties be delivered/returned?
  • Freight to stands: DSV delivers items on the morning of Tuesday 24 February 2026 .
  • Empties returned: DSV returns boxes booked with them from 16:45 on Thursday 26 February 2026 .
Where can I store my empty boxes?

DSV Global Transport & Logistics are the official shipping and storage contractor. Please contact pinar.eligur@dsv.com to arrange storage for empties.

Facilities & Amenities at ExCeL

Where can I find toilets?

Toilets are located along the boulevard near the S2 entrance.

Is there a prayer room?

The multi-faith prayer room can be accessed via the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.

Are there breast-feeding facilities?

The family room by S9 includes changing mats, chairs for breastfeeding, a bottle warmer, microwave for baby food, sink and toilet.

Where is lost and found?

Please visit Registration at S2 entrance first. If your items are not there, contact lostpropertyenquiries@excel.london . Once notified that an item has been found, guests have up to 30 days to collect it before it is donated to charity.

Is there a medical facility onsite?

If you require medical assistance, speak to staff at Registration or the ExCeL team, or go to Level 0 on the boulevard and down the stairs by N4/S4 where first aid is located.

Are there printing facilities onsite?

Yes. ExCeL has a Business Services Shop on Level 0 between N4/S4 with printing facilities. You can contact them for details.

Where can I store my coats, bags or luggage?

Cloakrooms are located on Level 0 (down the stairs between N4 & S4) and at the east end of the venue on Level 0. They are open during event hours and are complimentary.

Where can I get lunch?

ExCeL offers a wide range of lunch options along the boulevard at the entrance to NoVacancy London 2026. See the ExCeL food & drink page for current outlets.

Where is the nearest parking and disabled parking?

Parking is charged (e.g. approx. £25 per day per vehicle per entry). You can pre-book spaces via ExCeL’s online booking platform.

Blue Badge accessible bays:

  • West Parking (Pink Zone) – West 2 & West 3
  • East Parking (Yellow Zone) – East 1
  • Waterfront Parking (Blue Zone) – multiple bays

Blue Badge spaces can also be pre-booked via the online platform referenced in the manual.

Are there electric charging points for cars?

There are currently no EV charging points at ExCeL. To find the nearest charging stations across London, please use services such as Zap-Map.

App, Networking & Lead Retrieval

How can I access the event app?

Download the “Terrapinn Events” app from the App Store or Google Play. Use the email address you registered with to log in.

What are my login details for the app?

Your login email is the same one you used to register yourself for the event. You’ll receive instructions from the networking team before the show.

Can I get a copy of the attendee/delegate list?

Terrapinn are not able to provide a full list of attendees/delegates. Please use the event app to network with participants, view profiles and arrange meetings.

Where can I find my organised meetings?

In the Terrapinn Events app, go to the “My Event” tab. There you’ll find:

  • Your programme
  • Scheduled meetings
  • People you have met
  • Bookmarked companies

You can also download this data after the event.

Where can I find my badge in the app?

In the app, go to “My Badge” . A QR code will be displayed for you to scan at a badge printer. You’ll also receive an email with your badge QR code about one week before the event.

Can I purchase or use lead retrieval?

All sponsors and exhibitors, including start-ups, have full access to lead retrieval at this event. Your networking manager will send details in the week prior to the show. Visitors and guests do not have lead retrieval functionality.

Can I book meetings through the app?

Sponsors, Exhibitors and Start-ups can request meetings via the app (Terrapinn Events). Other visitors can upgrade to a premium pass for full app access, including meetings.

Where can I put my press release?

When and where can I get event photos?

Photos from the event will be made available on the NoVacancy London 2026 website. Please allow approximately one week after the event for uploads.

Policies & Age Restrictions

Are under-16s permitted at the event?

NoVacancy London 2026 is a B2B event aimed at a corporate audience. It is not an environment for those under 16, so anyone under the age of 16 will not be permitted.
