Angela Montebello is a sustainability professional with over 14 years of experience delivering ESG strategy, environmental compliance, and sustainable transformation across hospitality, cosmetics, and healthcare. As Sustainability Manager at The Hari London, she leads the hotel’s ESG programme, EarthCheck certification, and the integration of sustainability into operations, procurement, and guest experience — contributing to The Hari’s recognition as the 7th Most Sustainable Hotel in the world in Tripadvisor’s 2024 Travellers’ Choice Awards. Her expertise includes carbon management, utilities analysis, waste reduction, circular procurement, sustainable refurbishment, and stakeholder engagement. She has advanced initiatives such as zero waste-to-landfill progress, renewable electricity adoption, supplier traceability reviews, and strengthened sustainability governance. Angela holds a BSc in Environmental Engineering, an MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management, and has completed a Data Analyst Bootcamp. She is a Practitioner Member of ISEP (formerly IEMA), the professional body for sustainability and environmental professionals.
