Originally trained as a journalist, Bay brought those investigative reporting skills into software development. She now operates as a forensic investigator of business problems, unpicking complexity to translate vague client visions into executable strategies. She balances the chaos of product delivery with a passionate appreciation for Coonawarra Cab-Sav. She once spent eight months traversing Australia in a camper trailer with her husband and two kids, and is always ready to share those dusty outback survival stories over a glass of wine.
