EDUtech is a business-to-business (B2B) event for education professionals, industry representatives and invited guests. It’s not open to the general public.
You can register online via our Registration Page . Early registration is recommended to secure your place.
Expo floor access is free with registration. Fees apply for Educator conference passes and Block Party passes.

Educator conference pass holders can collect their passes at the Darling Harbour Registration Desk (Convention Centre) on Wednesday morning (8:00am – 11:00am), or at the Hall 1 Registration Desk (Exhibition Centre) at any time on 3 or 4 June between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Visitors with an expo-only pass can collect their badge at the Hall 1 Registration Desk (Exhibition Centre) on any event day between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Please bring your confirmation email and arrive early to avoid queues.
If you're a confirmed Tech Buyer, your badge will be preprinted and ready for collection at the following locations:

Students are welcome to attend the EDUtech exhibition. If you're planning to bring a student group, please email operations@terrapinn.com in advance with the number of students attending, as well as the name and contact number of the accompanying adult on the day. Badges will be pre-printed and available for collection from the Hall 2 Registration Desk, Exhibition Centre.

Yes, the EDUtech Block Party will be held on Wednesday 3 June in Darling Quarter Sydney. Tickets can be purchased during your conference registration or by contacting our team. Space is limited and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. You can learn more here .
EDUtech features two conference programs: a paid agenda exclusively for educator conference pass holders that includes premium sessions and expert speakers and a free agenda for expo visitors with curated sessions on open stages.
No, pre-registration is not required for either the paid or free agendas. All sessions are open on a first-come, first-served basis. You can bookmark sessions through the event app to build your personal schedule, but this does not reserve your seat.
Sessions are not recorded. Presentation slides may be made available after the event, but only at the discretion of each speaker. We encourage attendees to connect with speakers directly through the event app to request any materials or follow-up information.
Yes, certificates will be available 48 hours after the event.
EDUtech follows all current NSW Government and ICC Sydney health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for attendees, exhibitors and staff. Measures may include enhanced cleaning, sanitisation stations and crowd management practices. Any updates will be communicated via email and on our website closer to the event.
If you feel unwell during the event, please visit the first aid station located within ICC Sydney or notify a member of the event staff immediately. Your wellbeing is our priority.
Business casual is suitable for EDUtech conference sessions, the expo and networking events like our Block Party.
