HOW TO ACCESS THE EVENT APP

 
EVENT APP LOGIN

 

 

Event app is available now for Sponsors and Exhibitors and will be live as of 19 May for attendees.

Please follow these steps to help you access the event app.

Note: It will take 45-60 minutes after registering to gain access.

 

Download and access on mobile

1. Search for the EDUtech Events App in the Apple App Store or Google play and download. Or click on this link for Apple or this link for Android

2. Log in to the event app using the same email address that you used to register for the event.

3. If you have used Swapcard before please enter your password, if not, you can create one.

4. Find and click on EDUtech Australia  once logged in - you now have access to the event app! Use it to view the expo floorplan, browse the agenda and network.

Access via desktop

1.  Go to Terrapinn Events
2.  Select log in - top right
3.  Enter the email you used to register for EDUtech Australia
4.  Create own password
5.  Wait 15-20mins - the link will be sent to your email

If you have not registered for EDUtech Australia

1. Click here to register
2. Wait 15-20 minutes - you will be sent an email from EDUtech Australia, follow the link in the email to access the platform. Do check your others folder.

 

TIPS

  • To access the platform, you have to use a recent browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  • The link sent from Terrapinn Events App will take you to your default browser. If this isn’t Chrome or Mozilla, you will need to right click on the link, copy the link, and paste into Chrome or Mozilla browser.
