Free water refill stations are available throughout ICC Sydney to reduce plastic waste, please bring your own reusable bottle. We've also eliminated plastic badge holders to further minimise waste.
There won’t be printed agendas & brochures - all event details will be available on the event app for a more sustainable experience.
We prioritise sustainability by working only with suppliers who can demonstrate sustainable practices. We also design features with sustainability in mind, like reusing pallets for theatres from show to show.
We collaborate with ICC Sydney to ensure sustainable catering practices, using sustainable serveware, eliminating single-use plastics, and offering vegetarian and vegan menus. ICC Sydney also donates surplus food to local charities, reducing waste and supporting the community.
We have tracked carbon emissions from attendee travel, waste, and energy use, working toward reducing the event’s carbon footprint and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
