Day 1 @ 16:00

AI literacy in action

This presentation shares Kambala’s journey in building AI literacy for students, staff and parents, with a focus on practical steps other schools can adapt for their own context. As a Google school, Kambala is supporting its community through Gemini training, student certification, staff AI literacy hubs and practical professional learning. The session will highlight examples of how teachers are using AI to support their work, including feedback, marking support and report writing with Gems, while also addressing data privacy, safety and bias. It will encourage schools, particularly Google schools, to take intentional and responsible steps towards building AI literacy across their communities.
