Nick Swan, Senior Manager, School Partnerships, Toddle

Nick is an education technology specialist passionate about helping schools rethink teaching and learning through smarter, more human-centred technology. With a strong focus on K-12 education, Nick works closely with school leaders to simplify complexity, reduce teacher workload, and create learning environments that genuinely support students, teachers, and families. At Toddle, Nick partners with schools across Australia and New Zealand to implement modern teaching and learning platforms that bring curriculum planning, assessment, communication, reporting, and wellbeing into one connected ecosystem. He has a particular interest in AI’s role in education, especially how thoughtfully designed tools can give teachers back time while improving learning outcomes.   Nick combines strategic thinking with a practical, grounded approach. He understands the realities schools face, from legacy systems and fragmented workflows to change management and staff adoption. His work centres on helping schools move beyond “administration-first” technology toward platforms that prioritise pedagogy, usability, and teacher experience.   Driven by curiosity, strong relationships, and a belief that technology should make education more meaningful, not more complicated, Nick is committed to helping schools build sustainable, future-ready learning communities.
