Joanna is an accomplished project and systems leader in the education sector, specialising in large-scale digital transformation. As Project and Systems Manager at King’s Baptist Grammar School, she is spearheading an 18-month strategic overhaul of the school’s digital ecosystem, including the implementation of a new Student Information System, Veracross, and Learning Management System, Toddle, across the school’s two campuses.

With over a decade of experience spanning system implementation, marketing, business operations, and stakeholder engagement, Joanna excels at guiding schools through complex change — optimising processes, improving user adoption, and ensuring technology solutions deliver real value. She has presented at industry events, including the MITIE/ASBA SIS Showcase Day, several EducatePlus events, and Toddle’s School Leaders Innovation Forum in Adelaide.
