My experience spans curriculum development, educational leadership, data-informed decision making, and digital automation using tools such as Power Platform, SharePoint, Power Automate, and adaptive technologies. I am particularly interested in streamlining school processes, enhancing collaboration, and developing systems that reduce administrative workload while improving efficiency across schools. I value explicit teaching, high-quality classroom practice, and creating structured learning environments where all students can succeed. I also have a strong interest in supporting High Potential and Gifted Education (HPGE), integrating technology into teaching, and developing innovative resources that empower teachers and learners alike.
