Adam Inder is Head of Education at Pivot Professional Learning, where he supports schools to use data effectively to strengthen teaching, learning, and student outcomes. He works alongside school leaders and teachers to design and deliver professional learning grounded in research and classroom practice. Adam is also an education researcher, with work spanning across evidence-based instruction, mathematics education, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and family engagement. He has led schools in disadvantaged communities, where translating research into practical, high-impact teaching and support strategies was essential. His work bridges research, data, and professional practice to help schools make rigorous, equitable instructional decisions.
