With over 30 years of experience specializing in hospitality technology across New Zealand, Jackie has a proven track record of driving success through the implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions. Throughout her career, Jackie’s strength has been her ability to understand the unique requirements of each property to provide proven solutions to meet their needs. She brings deep knowledge of both the challenges and the opportunities that that businesses face in relation to both emerging and legacy technologies. Her strategic vision and hands-on approach have enabled her to define and implement fit-for-purpose technology solutions that enhance guest experiences, streamline operations, and drive efficiency and growth. Most recently, Jackie has led the implementation of complete technology stacks for new luxury properties such as Te Arai Links Golf Resort and ROKI-Collection Queenstown, while also overseeing major system transitions for established resorts including Millbrook Resort Queenstown and The Hermitage, Mount Cook.
