Sihil Piyasiri serves as the Head of Technology Field Services for East Asia & Pacific (EAPAC) at IHG Hotels & Resorts, based in the Sydney office. In this role, Sihil oversees the strategy and delivery of hotel technology solutions for IHG’s portfolio of over 270 hotels across 20 countries in the region. With over 21 years of experience at IHG, Sihil has held various technology roles, including hotel openings, infrastructure management, and support. Prior to joining IHG, Sihil worked with Micros-Fidelio, Sheraton, and Rydges.
