What are the dates and location of the event?

NoVacancy 2025 will take place on 17 & 18th September at the ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre Darling Harbour, Sydney

What are the event opening hours?

9am-5pm daily

• Exhibitor access: from 8am
• Expo open: 9am-5pm
• Summits: 9.30am-4.55pm
• Networking drinks: 5.00pm-6.30pm

Thursday 18th September
• Women in Accommodation Breakfast: 8am-9.30am
• Exhibitor access: from 8am
• Expo open: 9am-5pm
• Summits: 9.30am-3.45pm

Registration opens from 7.45am each day.

Who can attend the event?

NoVacancy is open to all hotel and accommodation professionals and industry attendees. Registration is required.

How do I register to attend?

You can register online via our Registration Page . It’s quick, easy, and completely free.

Is there a cost to attend?

Registration is free for all attendees.

How do I get my attendee pass?

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring this email to the registration desk at the venue to collect your pass.

How do I collect my pass?

Bring your registration confirmation email to the registration desk at the venue to collect your pass from 7.45am each day. Or scan the QR code in the event app at the registration desk to print your event pass.

What if I want to change my badge?

Please log on to the app and visit the ‘My Account’ section where you can make changes to your event pass. If you still can’t edit your pass, please enter the event with your current pass on the app, and see the staff at the registration desks who can assist with further issues on-site.

Travel & Accommodation

How do I get to the venue?

The ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre is accessible by public transport, taxi, rideshare or car. More details are on the Venue & Travel page.

Is parking available?

Yes. ICC Sydney has two car parks located within the venue. There are several secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour – the closest is located at Harbourside Car Park, 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont.

Are there hotels nearby?

Yes, a variety of hotels are within walking distance. Visit our Accommodation Page for options and exclusive rates.

Is Wi-Fi available at the exhibition?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue.

Are food and drinks available?

Yes. A variety of food and drink options will be available for purchase throughout the event.

Are there cloakroom or storage facilities?

Are there cloakroom or storage facilities? Yes. Cloaking is available at both Customer Service desks located on ground floor of Convention Centre and Level 2 of Exhibition.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the venue is fully accessible with ramps, elevators and accessible restrooms.

Is there an event app?

Yes, all registered attendees will receive access to the official NoVacancy event app. Use it to browse the agenda, explore the expo floor, plan meetings, and connect with other attendees.

How can I arrange meetings with exhibitors?

Use the NoVacancy 2025 event app to connect and schedule meetings with exhibitors before and during the event.

Are there networking opportunities?

Yes. You’ll have plenty of chances to connect, including networking drinks on Day 1, curated 1:1 meetings through the Buyers Program and meeting scheduling via the event app.

What is the Buyers Program?

The Buyers Program is an exclusive, curated networking initiative that connects industry buyers with leading solution providers for high-value, pre-scheduled 1:1 meetings.

Is there an agenda?

Yes, the agenda covers nine educational summits: Hotel Leaders, Small Hotelier, Revenue & Distribution, Hotel Technology, Design Talks, Hotel Marketing, Future Leaders, People & Culture, Sustainability. You can browse the agenda here .

Do I need to pre-register for sessions?

No. Sessions are first-come, first-served. Use the app to bookmark sessions and plan your day.

Will sessions be recorded or available afterward?

Sessions will not be recorded. Presentation slides may be shared at the speaker’s discretion.

What is the dress code?

Business casual is suitable for both the expo and networking functions.

Can I bring a guest?

All attendees must register individually.
