Why guests should be part of the sustainability journey

Does becoming more sustainable in the future mean providing our guests with less? Does the idea of cutting back conflict with our own passion to offer ‘hospitality’? If we exclude guests from our sustainability initiatives don’t we pander to their waste? Doesn’t sustainability just add more cost and time? These questions and more will be answered by Christopher as he explains the benefits of applying a ‘guest sustainable experience design’ to give a more personalised stay that generates savings, increased satisfaction, enhanced reputation, and improved staff moral.
