Arnaud Millécamps is Co-founder and Group Managing Director of Gatehouse Hospitality, one of Asia-Pacific leading integrated hospitality advisory and asset management firms with offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Tokyo. Arnaud advises hotel owners, investors and developers on hotel developments, acquisitions and investment strategies across Australasia, Asia and the Americas. He has extensive expertise in hotel investment and underwriting, operator and brand selection, management agreement structuring, and strategies focused on enhancing the long-term value and performance of hotel assets. Previously, Arnaud worked in corporate finance and hotel development with global hotel group IHG, where he assessed hotel management and franchise opportunities across Europe. He began his career in corporate finance, transaction services and venture capital with KPMG and Orange, gaining experience across a range of industries including real estate, technology and FMCG.
