Nik Gupta is CEO & Founder of Brightstar Hospitality, a leading multi-brand hotel operator in the UK. He brings extensive experience across hospitality, travel technology, and hotel operations. Prior to founding Brightstar, Nik was on the Executive Team at Skyscanner, leading the Hotels & Car Hire division and currently also sits on the Board of VenueScanner. His earlier career includes senior roles with Oberoi Hotels, IHG Hotels, and Fairmont Hotels giving him a strong blend of operational, commercial, and brand expertise. Nik also serves as Chair of IHG’s UK Owners Committee and has held a number of leadership positions across the hospitality industry.
