Emma Pridding is the Spa Director at The Spa at Carden within the award-winning Carden Park estate in Cheshire, one of the UK’s most prestigious luxury wellness destinations. With over two decades of experience in the spa and hospitality industry, Emma’s journey at Carden Park began in 1997 and has since seen her rise through the ranks to lead the spa’s strategy, operations and guest experience. As Spa Director, Emma has played a central role in the development and successful launch of The Spa at Carden in early 2020, a £10 million facility featuring one of the UK’s largest spa gardens and a range of immersive wellness experiences that have positioned the spa as a global destination for luxury and wellbeing. Her leadership extends beyond Carden Park’s grounds — Emma is also a board member of the UK Spa Association, contributing her extensive industry insight to support best practice and benchmarking across the UK spa sector. Under her direction, The Spa at Carden has gained numerous accolades, including regional recognitions such as Best Spa in the Northwest. Emma is known for championing guest-centric innovation, inclusive spa experiences, and bespoke offerings that elevate wellbeing and hospitality standards.
