Teacharo addresses the invisible admin work that adds hours to a teacher's week, beginning with documentation related to the funding of students with additional needs (NCCD). Australian schools claim federal funding for students with disabilities based on NCCD evidence. Many are leaving money on the table because evidence is hard to capture in the moment and gets reconstructed prior to the August census. 

Teacharo handles communications, documentation, incident reports, and other admin tasks scattered across the fragmented systems teachers navigate daily: Microsoft, Google, LMS platforms, CRMs, and email. The result: up to 10 hours per week back for tasks that do not directly relate to student care and learning.
