At Acenci, we're on a mission to build technology that genuinely helps people - software that is thoughtfully designed, easy to use, and built with privacy at its core. We believe that great technology should empower, not overwhelm, and that every organisation deserves tools that work for them.

In 2021, we observed a widespread problem: schools were still tallying house points by hand — in notebooks. It wasn't just inefficient; it was a missed opportunity to build something that could genuinely improve school culture. The problem wasn't unique to one school. Across Australia, communities were relying on temporary, manual workarounds where better alternatives simply didn't exist.

Over the next year, we designed, built, and piloted PointDash — a platform purpose-built to track house points and build positive school culture. The response from schools was strong and clear. PointDash launched commercially, and Acenci was born.
