Shaizeen Contractor is the Chief Commercial Officer of Trilogy Hotels, providing strategic leadership and commercial oversight to Trilogy’s growing portfolio of hotels across multiple global brands, to deliver market share premiums.  
Previously Senior Commercial Director Australasia at Hilton, Shaizeen drove the sales, marketing, distribution, and revenue management strategy for Hilton’s 31 hotels across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea. 
Bringing 25+ years of industry experience, Shaizeen has worked across numerous areas of hotels, including operations, revenue management, sales and marketing. Shaizeen spent 11 years at TFE Hotels as Chief Revenue Officer, driving the performance and growth of the portfolio, from 35 to 80. Before her time at TFE, Shaizeen spent four years as Area Director of Revenue for Highgate Hotels, a leading US independent hotel management group and four years with Ocean Properties in Florida in operations. 
Passionate about leading with authenticity and creating positive change, Shaizeen has a reputation of driving strong market share performance, while integrating all aspects of sales, marketing, revenue and distribution into a cohesive commercial strategy, and supporting team members with their individual growth and development.
Shaizeen is a mother of two and a proud Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School graduate.
