Anna Verghese is the Founding Director of Cerulean, an independent client-side consultancy devoted to the realisation of exceptional built spaces. With more than 20 years’ experience across the Asia Pacific, she has led strategy and delivery for landmark projects in hospitality, commercial, health, workplace, education, and critical environments. Anna brings a rare 360-degree perspective, having worked as a client, consultant, and contractor. This breadth enables her to deliver both clarity and creativity, balancing commercial performance with user-centric outcomes. At Cerulean, she leads programs, ensuring every project is aligned with client ambition and executed with precision.
Currently, Anna and her team are Development & Project Managers delivering the adaptive reuse of a commercial office into a boutique hotel and the early feasibility of a heritage property. She is passionate about placemaking, cultural resonance, and innovation , creating precincts that are memorable, meaningful, and commercially successful.
