The Tea Collective is an award-winning Australian tea blender and boutique retailer, with our flagship store in Sydney's Queen Victoria Building and a second boutique opening in the Waldorf development in 2027.

We source superior-graded leaf, botanicals and ceremonial matcha globally and blend in small batches at our Newcastle, NSW facility — from single-origin and aged tea through to functional wellness blends for sleep, digestion and immunity.

We supply hotels, resorts and day spas across in-room amenity, minibar, breakfast and lounge service, spa menus and guest gifting, drawing on one of Australia's largest tea libraries.

Sustainability is built in: plant-based compostable tea bags, refillable lightproof jars and 100% recyclable refills that cut single-use waste room by room.
