Founded by Ravinder Kalvakuntla and drawing on his prior experience working for a major global chain, PHT delivers managed IT support, infrastructure design, pre-opening technology deployment, vCIO advisory, technology lifecycle management, and compliance posture assessments. The company works closely with major international brands, including Accor, Ennismore and Radisson, supporting properties through complex pre-opening projects, PMS/POS integrations and day-to-day technology operations.

As the official Australia and New Zealand partner for Blue Pin International, PHT brings an AI-enabled guest-arrival platform to the ANZ market, combining self-service kiosks and staff-assisted workflows with AI-powered ID verification, integrated payment, keycard issuance and operational analytics. Blue Pin is approved for use across IHG, Minor, Pan Pacific and Dorsett, and is now implemented in Novotel Geelong, which marks its first live Accor deployment, with a growing pipeline of further properties, including feasibility engagements with IHG and other Accor-branded hotels, currently underway.

PHT is also the official distributor and reseller for SKEAT (Pay@Table), a leading-edge payment-at-table solution. This partnership supports Accor properties across Australia with compliance remediation and deployment, helping hotels meet Accor Global standards ahead of rollout.
