Vince is a proud Dunghutti man from the small community of Bellbrook on the Mid North Coast of NSW. In his current role as Director First Nations and Community Engagment he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting and engaging with Aboriginal communities, with the past six years dedicated to advancing the education of Indigenous students. Vince also brings over 10 years of experience in the public sector, having worked across government in roles with the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (NSW) and the Office of the NSW Ombudsman, along with eight years of experience in the non-government sector. Having spent his childhood living across diverse communities in Queensland, the Northern Territory, Western Australia, and his home state of NSW, Vince has maintained strong and ongoing connections to these places. Being raised in and around culturally strong people has profoundly shaped who he is today and continues to guide his delivery and sharing of First Nations knowledge with authenticity, respect, and cultural integrity.
