Nina Laitala works at the intersection of governance, leadership, and institutional change. As Training Lead at the Institute of Community Directors Australia, she designs and delivers governance and leadership programmes for boards and executives across the not-for-profit sector, including universities across Australia. A board member of the Australian Council of State School Organisations and former CEO of the Victorian Student Representative Council, Nina has spent her career helping institutions listen better and lead more boldly. She is interested in how universities navigate AI, digital transformation, and the shifting expectations of students and the workforce.
