As an educator, I am passionate about leveraging esports as a powerful tool to increase student engagement, connection, and success within the school environment. I believe esports provides meaningful opportunities for students to develop teamwork, communication, leadership, resilience, and problem-solving skills in a context they genuinely value and enjoy. By integrating esports into school programs, curriculum, and extracurricular pathways, I aim to create inclusive learning experiences that re-engage students, build confidence, and foster a strong sense of belonging. My focus is on using esports not simply as gaming, but as a modern educational platform that promotes digital literacy, wellbeing, career pathways, and positive school culture.
