Microskills are targeted bite-size learning to introduce new topic that enhances your professional development, while microcredentials validate these skills. Our cybersecurity microskills program equips you with introductory skills to protect information systems and respond to cyber threats. Additionally, we'll introduce you to the fundamentals of cloud computing, highlighting its transformative impact on data management and industries worldwide.
This session will help teachers unpack the new Privacy and Security strand in the Australian Digital Technologies Curriculum (primary and secondary). Teachers will gain practical ideas, resources, and classroom strategies to help teach these concepts. Participants will be introduced a new ACS microcredential designed to support teachers in this space (secondary only).Â

This session will be a practical introduction to some of Google's AI tools: Gemini (including Gems, Deep Research and Canvas), NotebookLM and Gemini in Google Workspace. Learn how to leverage these tools to save time, enhance teaching, boost student engagement, and personalise learning.Â
