Dan Hart is the Head of AI at the NSW Department of Education, where he focuses on the practical use of artificial intelligence to support teaching and learning. With a background in technology and a long-standing interest in improving education, Dan works on projects that aim to make classrooms more effective and accessible for both students and teachers. He has been involved in designing and implementing AI tools that assist educators and help personalize learning. Dan values collaboration and works closely with schools, technical teams, and policymakers to ensure that AI is used thoughtfully and responsibly. Dan often shares his experiences and lessons learned at conferences and events, where he discusses the opportunities and challenges of applying AI in education.
