Starting her career as an oncology and palliative care nurse, Tracey has 30+ years of experience in the clinical, medical, and pharmaceutical industries, including leadership roles at Eli Lilly, Pfizer, and Bayer where she spent 12 years ultimately serving as Head of Market Access in South Africa. Following her relocation back to UK in 2020, Tracey has spent the last five years working in the CRO consultancy industry, leading Market Access teams and spearheading strategic Market Access projects & supporting clients in navigating complex global access challenges.
