ACCESSIBILITY
RAI Amsterdam has special facilities to receive visitors with reduced mobility or disabilities as easy as possible.
RAI Amsterdam is accessible for guests using a wheelchair. The aisles at the show floor are spacious and the surface is flat. Elevators and disability toilets are available. The venue also has several parking spaces for the disabled. You need a disabled pass to make use of such a parking space.

TRAVEL OPTIONS
The best way to get around the city centre is by foot. With that said, Amsterdam’s bike culture makes cycling the easiest green option with 500km of cycling paths. For rentals, Black Bikes (Maasstraat 106–108) offers city bikes, e-bikes and cargo bikes, and is open daily 09:00–18:00.
The Amsterdam RAI railway station is located a stone's throw from the venue. Just a 3 minute walk from their complex, the station is easily accessible by train. You can also travel by tram, metro or bus, whereby the Amsterdam Travel Ticket gives you unlimited travel around the city.

PAPERLESS INITIATIVE
The World Orphan Drug Congress has adopted a fully paperless approach, significantly reducing paper waste, energy consumption, and transportation emissions while exploring innovative communication methods. All event information including the conference program can be found on the event app.
