Sharon McCloskey serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience for the world’s third-busiest airport, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Ms. McCloskey provides direction and strategy for consumer insights, in-terminal operations, and the management of customer programs for more than 87M passengers each year. DFW Airport is embarking on a $9 Billion capital program which includes the construction of two terminal facilities. Ms. McCloskey influences design and architecture of DFW’s terminal environment and serves as a “champion for the customer” within the DFW organization. Previously Ms. McCloskey oversaw the airport’s marketing department. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and an M.B.A. in international management from the University of Dallas.
