Liliana Petrova, CCXP, is the founder and CEO of The Petrova Experience, a boutique international customer experience firm that works with corporations and public agencies in transportation, travel and hospitality, and healthcare.
Liliana Petrova is a proven, visionary leader in the field of customer experience and innovation. Among her notable accomplishments, Ms. Petrova spearheaded and program managed the redesign of the JetBlue terminal at JFK Airport and the first two-way integration with CBP for the Facial Recognition boarding trials in Boston.
Most recently, The Petrova Experience is on the Penn Station Reconstruction project in New York and was the Customer Experience partner for the Newark Airport Vision Plan. The Petrova Experience is a Certified Women-Owned Business (MWBE) at the NY City, State, and Federal levels.
Liliana lives in Brooklyn, New York and her favorite pastime is spending time with her 5-year-old daughter.
