Jonathan is an Aerospace professional with more than 20 years of experience of managing complex off shore business ventures and projects related to aviation and international businesses, with strong focus on aviation strategy, product development, aerospace branding, and multi stakeholders’ projects and negotiations.

Focus areas for Jonathan's efforts are primarily in Strategic Consulting, Aerospace Business Development, and IT integrations along the entire aeronautical ecosystem. Jonathan´s skills obtained on both sides of the desk as an Airline Pilot and an Aerospace Engineer, provide extensive experience in corporate management and international trading along several markets including North America, Latin America, Asia, and Europe.

Jonathan Norman is the Managing Director at Normanas Aerospace, and acts as Airport Chair for the Americas Aviation Festival and Chariman of the Ethiopian Aviation Forum.
