Telena Frost has 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, with over a decade dedicated to revenue management. She joined Choice Hotels Asia-Pac in 2017 as the first Revenue Manager for the region. Now, as Director of Revenue Management, she oversees a team dedicated to driving revenue results and profitability for over 100 franchisees. Her approach to revenue management is both strategic and effective, reflecting her deep understanding of the industry’s dynamics and her commitment to success. Telena’s career in the hotel industry is marked by a steady ascent to strategic leadership. Originally from British Columbia, Canada, she moved to the United States in 2005 to pursue opportunities in the hotel industry. Her journey took her through key roles at notable establishments including Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, The Grand Del Mar in San Diego, Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, and later, to the Four Seasons Sydney. Telena holds a degree in Business and Marketing from Camosun College in British Columbia, and the CRME from HSMAI.
