Since joining M&L Hospitality in 2009, Jade has progressed to her current role as Director of Marketing and Communications, where she leads strategic marketing initiatives, brand development, and communications across a global portfolio of 20 hotels. Her role spans supporting hotel marketing teams, overseeing new openings and rebrands, and spearheading innovative activations and campaigns. Jade holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and International Business from Macquarie University, and is a recognised thought leader in creative and sustainable marketing practices.
