I am a secondary educator and communication specialist passionate about helping schools foster connected, communicative cultures. With experience teaching Drama, English and Performing Arts across the UK and Australia, I have spent my career supporting young people to build confidence, develop their voice and engage meaningfully in learning. Currently teaching English and Theatre in Melbourne, I am also the founder of CommuniKaters, a communication initiative that delivers workshops for students and educators. Through storytelling, structured dialogue and drama-informed strategies, I support schools to strengthen student voice, empathy and authentic communication. My work draws on interests in oracy, dialogic teaching and inclusive education, with a focus on creating learning environments where every student feels heard, valued and able to contribute.
