Ellen Sullivan, Co-Founder and Co-CEO, EVEN Careers

Ellen is Melbourne Business School’s inaugural Director of ‘MBS&’ an Innovation Hub dedicated to solving future of learning and work challenges. 
The MBS& Innovation Hub acts as a catalyst for trailblazers to solve the biggest learning and work problems and launch innovations that redefine how curious learners and organisations grow. It is unique within APAC context and brings together a diverse ecosystem of learning pioneers from inside and outside the School, to solve major problems facing the future of learning.
Ellen is a learning disruptor and innovator, who led the School’s first foray into online, enabling 10,000 learners to benefit from a Melbourne Business School education experience.   She has extensive global experience in Learning Strategy, Online Learning, Innovation and EdTech. 
Ellen leads “first of their kind” large scale projects for the School and her clients, working across both public and private sectors, spanning many industries and building relationships with educators, clients and senior management. Prior to MBS&, Ellen established and scaled the School’s Capability Academy offering, recently designing and delivering the Digital News Academy with Google and News Corp and Defence’s ‘Build on You Academy’.
