Andrew Mulcahy is a technology and delivery executive with deep experience leading teams, platforms, and transformation initiatives across education, finance, retail, life sciences, manufacturing, and mining. He combines strong business focus with hands-on technology leadership, with expertise spanning Agile delivery, project and program leadership, cloud platforms, DevOps, security, and enterprise systems.


Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at MortarCAPS, Andrew leads the design and rollout of the MortarCAPS Data Standard, working with post-secondary institutions and edtech partners to drive interoperability and practical adoption. Across prior leadership roles, including Principal Delivery Lead and CISO at Ingenuity Partners, he built high-performing teams, strengthened delivery capability, and led the business through ISO 27001 certification with a zero-breach security record. With a foundation in software engineering and decades of experience across Australia and Europe, he is known for delivering sustainable, strategic solutions that maximize technology investment and business value.
