Swarnendu started his professional journey as an IT educator in 1999. He has worked in India, Bangladesh, and Nepal. He has been observing the changes from “DOS to Python” as a technology student.
On the other hand, Swarnendu founded a Kindergarten School at a rural belt in the Eastern Part of India in 2007 as Principal & Director and anchored the school to become a Senior Secondary CBSE School in 2018. Growth of his institution was completely organic, from 34 students to 1400+ students now. He got the opportunity to teach the students from Play Group to Post Graduation in various capacities at different times of his journey.
Considering him as a lifelong learner, he completed Education Leadership Courses from IIMA & IIMC. Currently pursuing a course from MIT related to AI and Innovation. He recently attended a UNESCO seminar on AI in Paris. He was chosen as the Most Impactful School Leader in 2024 by the Indian Principals Network. He is one of the torchbearers of Project Based Learning in India.
