The conference exhibition will be held on 5-6 November 2025 at Sands Expo and Convention Centre , Singapore. at Basement 2, Hall D, E & F.
For 3-day pass holders, the workshops will be held at the level 4 meeting rooms at Sands Expo and Convention Centre , Singapore.

EDUtech Asia 2025 is open at the following timings:

EDUtech Asia 2025 is a trade show for Educators, EdTechs and education leaders. Minors under the age of 18 cannot enter the event*. It’s not open to the general public.

You can register online via our Registration Page . Early registration is recommended to secure your place.

The premium conference is a paid event. Delegate passes are required, and fees apply. Current ticket pricing can be found on the Registration Page
Expo floor access is free with registration. You can register free online via the Registration Page

Unfortunately, the Workshops (4th November) are only available for 3-Day Pass holders. The 2-day conference pass will be valid for the 5th and 6th of November. Current ticket pricing can be found on the Registration Page

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring this email to the registration desk at the venue to collect your badge at Basement 2, Hall E Foyer to collect your badge on 5 & 6 November 2025. Registration and badge collection starts from 8:30am on both days and will close at 5:00pm (30minutes before the end of the event).

You are encouraged to take public transportation to Sands Expo and Convention Centre if possible. Otherwise, carpooling is the way to go! Come together as a team and help to reduce carbon footprint (and parking stress too).

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout Sands Expo and Convention Centre. You can connect to the network “Marina Bay Sands”.

A range of food and beverage options will be available for purchase inside the exhibition hall. Lunch is NOT included in the conference or exhibition passes. A café operated by Sands Expo Singapore will be available in the Hall for your personal purchases.
You can also explore other F&B options in Marina Bay Sands in Sands Expo Singapore https://www.marinabaysands.com/restaurants.html . Please note you cannot bring F&B items into the Halls.

No, there is no storage facilities available within the venue.

Absolutely. Sands Expo and Convention Centre is fully accessible. The venue is fully accessible and equipped with facilities for disabled guests. For more details, visit the Venue page.

Some sessions such as roundtables and pre-conference workshops will require pre-registration. Please check the program for more details.

No, sessions are not recorded. We encourage attendees to connect with speakers directly through the event app to request any materials or follow-up information.

You can collect your badge at the Badge Collection counter at the Foyer of Hall E.

There is no storage space available onsite. You may arrange with our Official Freight Forwarder (DSV) to store your items at a fee. Please refer to Form 7 (Freight Forwarding Services) for more information.

High visibility vest and covered shoes is required for all personnel entering the hall on 3 & 4 November 2025

No, Sands Expo & Convention Centre (SECC) Catering Department is the exclusive caterer for all patrons of the Centre and retain the exclusive rights for all food and beverage services therein.

Business casual is suitable for the conference and exhibition. Bermudas, shorts, sports sandals, slippers, flip-flops etc. are strictly prohibited.

Yes, an email will be sent to you 1 week after the event with your certificate of attendance.

Please visit https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-transit-depart/entering-singapore/visa_requirements and check with your local immigration authorities for latest information. You are also strongly advised to check with your local immigration for all travel protocols.
All overseas attendees entering Singapore also must complete SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with Electronic Health Declaration within three (3) days prior to the date of arrival in Singapore. Click here to get more information.

Please ensure you have registered for EDUtech Asia 2025 first. Once that is done, email us a therese.ledesma@terrapinn.com with your contact details. Please note we will take up to 5 working days to issue the LOI upon receiving full details. Requests for LOI will cease on 30 October 2025.
