EDUtech Asia Awards

For all company award categories (excluding the Outstanding Educator Award), the judging panel will evaluate your business narrative, the initiatives undertaken in the specified category, and the measurable outcomes achieved.
Detailed judging criteria can be found upon clicking each individual category.

Participating in the awards involves a straightforward two-step process:
1. Download and review the Entry Guidelines: Carefully read the guidelines, which provide detailed instructions and tips to help you prepare a compelling submission.
2. Complete the Entry Form: Return to this webpage, scroll down, and fill out the entry form. Ensure submission is completed by the deadline of 4th April.
You may submit an entry for more than one category.
Note: The EDUtech Asia 2025 Awards Organisers reserves the right to change the award category for any submission, as may be appropriate.

Award Entry Requirements
⦾ Entries must be in English  
⦾ Companies may enter as many categories as they wish, provided they meet the criteria outlined. 
⦾ Each entry must have its own entry form. No multiple entries on one entry form.

There is no fee required to submit an entry. However, finalists must possess a valid conference pass to attend the awards ceremony, which will take place during the EDUtech Asia 2025 Conference. You can purchase a conference pass here.

The EDUtech Asia Awards will be held on 6 November 2025 as part of the EDUtech Asia 2025 Conference. The awards ceremony will commence at 4:00 PM. Attendance requires a valid conference pass, which can be secured here.

The panel of judges will be announced in due course. While preparing your submission, focus on presenting a comprehensive overview of your project or initiative, emphasising its impact and scalability.

To create a strong submission, craft your entry as a narrative with a clear beginning, middle and conclusion, enriched with relevant details.
Before finalising your entry, share it with colleagues for constructive feedback. Their insights can help identify any critical points that may be missing. Adjust your submission based on this feedback to ensure clarity and completeness. Ensure that your submission meets the judging criteria and any entry requirements specified.
Please note that finalist entries will be summarised on the official website. If your submission contains confidential details, ensure they are omitted from the "Shortlisted Feature Section."
