Is the event a physical event, in-person?
YES! We are so excited to host the event in-person at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore. 

 

Can I attend the event virtually or dial in? 
No. All attendees will need to be at the event physically. Conference content will not be available online. The Event Platform (powered by Swapcard app) is only available for attendees to arrange meetings and view the Exhibitor Listing and Agenda outline.

Can I get a 1-day conference pass? 
Unfortunately, we do not provide a 1-day conference pass. The latest ticket pricing can be found here

 

Can I get just purchase a 1-day conference to attend the Workshops on 7 November?
Unfortunately, the Workshops are available for 3-Day Conference Pass holders only. The latest ticket pricing can be found here .

 

Can I purchase a 2-day conference pass to attend the 7th and 8th of November?
Unfortunately, the Workshops (7th November) are only available for 3-Day Pass holders . The 2-day conference pass will be valid for the 8th and 9th of November. The latest ticket pricing can be found here .

 

Does the conference pass include airfare and accommodation?
The ticket does not include travel and accommodation costs. Please make the necessary arrangements. Official Partner Hotels can be found here

 

Do I need to apply for a visa to Singapore? What documents do I need?
Please visit https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-depart/entry_requirements/visa_requirements and check with your local immigration authorities for the latest information. You are also strongly advised to check with your local immigration and health authorities for all travel and pandemic protocols. Click here to get more information.

I need a Letter of Invitation (LOI) for my visa application. What should I do?
Please ensure you have registered for EDUtech Asia 2023 first. Once that is done, email us at therese.ledesma@terrapinn.com with your contact details. Please note we will take up to 3 working days to issue the LOI upon receiving full details. Requests for LOI will cease on 31 October 2023.

 

Where and when can I collect my badge?
Please collect your badge from the registration desk using your customised QR code. Registration and event opening hours can be found here.

You will be sent your customised QR Code for badge collection on the morning of the event. Alternatively, you can retrieve this QR code via the Swapcard app under "My badge". 

 

Show this QR Code to our friendly staff at the registration counters and they will help you to print and retrieve your badge. 

 

Can I register on the day of the event at Sands Expo Singapore?
Yes, you can as register as an Exhibition Visitor or a premium conference delegate.
All registrations have to be made online. Click here to register online.
For Premium Conference passes, we do not accept cash / offline payment

 

Will lunch / F&B be served?
Lunch is NOT included in the conference or exhibition passes.

There will be 1 bistro within the event hall.

You can also explore other F&B options in Marina Bay Sands - https://www.marinabaysands.com/restaurants.html . Please note you cannot bring F&B items into the Halls. 

What is Swapcard?
Swapcard is our official event platform app. You will receive your login details from 27 October 2023 onwards. Please check your mailbox for an email from hello@swapcard.com. Once you have received your details, you must download the app and log in as you will need to present your QR code at registration for your badge.

The app will also give you the opportunity to make connections and network with other attendees. As there will be no paper agendas at the event, you can view them on the app; build your own personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in.

Please note, that you cannot attend the event or dial into any sessions virtually through the app. You will need to attend the event physically to participate in sessions.

 

How can I arrange for meetings in Swapcard?
Look for the Attendees tab in the virtual event platform and make use of the filters to see the list of attendees recommended to you for meetings.

 

Can I continue to access the virtual event platform after the event?
No.

 

How do I access the presentation slides and recordings after the event?
Session recordings and/or presentation slides will NOT be available after the event. 

 

Do I get a certificate of attendance?
Yes, an email will be sent to you 1 week after the event with your certificate of attendance and the CPD hours.

Do you provide luggage storage services?
