Photography and videography
Considering safe event management measures implemented for the event, please note that
No photography or video equipment allowed unless approval is obtained from the Organiser.
Recording of interviews must be scheduled and recorded in a booth and/or a designated room or enclosed location in the Hall.
All interviews must be scheduled in advance with the Organiser. Walking up to an attendee with a camera or microphone and asking for an interview, without prior approval or the official organiser badge is not permitted.

The Organiser reserves the rights to refuse admission or to remove any person from the event without having to specify a reason.

Yes! We are so excited to host the event in-person at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, B2, Halls D & E, Singapore!

No. All attendees will need to be at the event physically. Conference content will not be available online. The EDUtech App (powered by Swapcard app) is only available for attendees to arrange meetings and view the Exhibitor Listing and Agenda outline.

Unfortunately, the Workshops (5th November) are only available for 3-Day Pass holders. The 2-day conference pass will be valid for the 6th and 7th of November. The latest ticket pricing can be found here.

Yes, you can as register as an Exhibition Visitor or a premium conference delegate. All registrations have to be made online. For a smooth and fast entry, you are advised to register before you head to the venue. here. For Premium Conference passes, we do not accept cash / offline payment on the day of the event.

Delegate Pass: You should receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you have registered within 24 hours, after payment is confirmed.

Visitor Pass: You should receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you have registered within 24 hours.

Lunch is NOT included in the conference or exhibition passes. A café operated by Sands Expo Singapore will be available in the Hall for your personal purchases.
You can purchase Meal Vouchers (valued SGD 45) that can be used on 6-7 November at the bistro within the event hall (Open on 6 & 7 November only) as an add-on along with your conference delegate pass.
You can also explore other F&B options in Marina Bay Sands in Sands Expo Singapore https://www.marinabaysands.com/restaurants.html . Please note you cannot bring F&B items into the Halls.
For Pre-conference workshop day (5 Nov), please kindly visit the F&B options in Marina Bay Sands.

Please visit https://www.ica.gov.sg/enter-transit-depart/entering-singapore/visa_requirements and check with your local immigration authorities for latest information. You are also strongly advised to check with your local immigration for all travel protocols.

All overseas attendees entering Singapore also must complete SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with Electronic Health Declaration within three (3) days prior to the date of arrival in Singapore. Click here to get more information.

Please ensure you have registered for EDUtech Asia 2024 first. Once that is done, email us a therese.ledesma@terrapinn.com with your contact details. Please note we will take up to 5 working days to issue the LOI upon receiving full details. Requests for LOI will cease on 31 October 2024.

Please collect your badge from the registration desk using your customised QR code. Registration and event opening hours can be found here.

You will be sent your customised QR Code for badge collection on the morning of the event. Alternatively, you can retrieve this QR code via the Swapcard app under "My badge".

Show this QR Code to our friendly staff at the registration counters and they will help you to print and retrieve your badge.

All event attendees can get a self-park coupon at the concession rate of $8+ upon showing their event badge at the L1 concierge from 7am to 7pm on 5, 6 and 7 November.

EDUtech Asia is a trade show for Educators, EdTechs and education leaders. Minors under the age of 18 cannot enter the event*.

EDUtech Event App is our official event platform app. You will receive your log-in details in Mid-October 2024. Once you have received your details, you must download the app and login as you will need to present your QR code at registration for your badge.

The app will also give you the opportunity to explore virtual booth listing and make connections. You can build your own personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in.

Please note, you cannot attend the event or dial into any sessions virtually through the app. You will need to attend the event physically to participate in sessions.

Conference Delegate Pass holders enjoy the benefit of enhanced networking app access. Conference Delegate Pass holders should look for the Attendees tab in the EDUtech Events App and make use of the filters to see the list of attendees recommended for meetings.

Visitors enjoy limited networking app access which allows them to arrange for meetings with sponsors and exhibitors.

Yes, the EDUtech Events app will be available till 24 November 2024. You can continue to explore the virtual booth listing, however the meeting function will be disabled.

Yes! EDUtech Asia 2024 is a CPD accredited event where you can earn up to 16.45 hours of CPD points. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to receive your formal CPDSO Certificate of Attendance.

Yes, an email will be sent to you 1 week after the event with your certificate of attendance.

Session recordings will NOT be available after the event. Presentation slides will only be provided with the speakers’ consent.

Unfortunately, we do not provide any luggage storage services.

The attire is Business casual. Bermudas, shorts, sports sandals, slippers, flip-flops etc. are strictly prohibited.

Please note that our card payment facilities are based in the United Kingdom and you may be charged an International Transaction Fee by your card issuer when using this service.
