5 & 6 November 2025
Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore
Opening hours: 09:30 – 18:00
Note: Registration closes 30mins before close of exhibition
Sustainability topics will be discussed in various panels and sessions to raise awareness. The inaugural EDUtech Asia Planet Protectors Sustainability Challenge bridges the gap between awareness and action, emphasising the vital role of student-led innovation in driving real-world environmental change.
We’re proud to be collaborating with Plastify, Singapore's leading community-based plastic maker space, to offer workshops where attendees can better understand recycling efforts. Attendees will also experience a hands-on activity in recycling plastic waste into reusable items.
Recycling bins will be available throughout the venue to collect plastics, aluminium cans and paper. After the event, instead of discarding lanyards, we encourage recycling them at designated points.
To minimise single-use plastic, water dispensers will be placed around the conference area. We encourage attendees to bring reusable bottles rather than relying on single-use bottled water.
We are transitioning towards a near-paperless event by using digital or projection backdrops instead of customized printed ones that end up in landfills. The event agenda will be accessible through the event app at the entrance, reducing paper waste and supporting the shift to a digital future.
Exhibition aisle carpets are non-recyclable. Laying 8,500 sqm of carpet—an area equivalent to 1.3 football fields and weighing as much as 3.5 small cars—for just two days, only to send it to landfills, has significant environmental implications.
EDUtech Asia uses modular booth systems where possible. Working with our contractor's modular templates, these booths are constructed using reusable panels and poles which significantly reduces material waste and promotes sustainability across events.
As part of the EDUtech Asia 2025 Awards, we are proud to introduce the Best Sustainability Initiative Awards, recognising outstanding efforts by K-12 schools and higher education institutions driving real impact in sustainability.
From green campuses to eco-focused curricula, we’re celebrating the initiatives shaping a more sustainable future for education.
We encourage attendees to take the public transport or choose eco-friendly ride options, such as shared rides or low-emission vehicles, when booking private transport. Every sustainable choice helps reduce the event’s environmental footprint.
Our event is held at the
