Sam is an expert in evidence strategy and generation, helping biotechs identify exactly what evidence they need to support development, reimbursement and adoption decisions. He has spent the last 15 years leading translational and clinical research programmes across biotech and healthcare settings, designing trials and generating evidence to inform clinical practice, guidelines and development decisions. Sam has also taken his own asset from concept to patent pending, giving him first-hand experience of the evidence challenges faced by early-stage innovators. He is a Visiting Associate Professor in the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Newcastle University.
