Sam is an expert in generating evidence to inform decision-making. He has spent the last 15 years leading translational and clinical research programmes across academia, biotech, and healthcare. Sam's research has informed clinical practice and guidelines in oncology, and he has developed a nutraceutical asset from concept to patent pending.

He has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles in scientific journals and holds a Visiting Associate Professor position at Newcastle University in the UK. As Chief Scientific Officer at Evidax, Sam leads evidence strategy and generation to unlock market access for orphan drug developers.
