Day 2: Wednesday 28th October | 9:00am - 16:00pm (Registration time TBC)

Is there parking on-site?

Parking is available at a cost. Please see the RAI website for details.

Having trouble registering?
  • Please ensure that your email address is unique and has not already been used to register.
  • If you are a speaker or sponsor, one of the World Orphan Drug Congress team members should already have registered you. Please contact them directly if there are any problems with your registration.

Event App & Meetings

How do I gain access to the official events app?

The World Orphan Drug Congress 2026 event app will be available for sponsors and exhibitors 6 weeks pre-event, and for all other attendees 5 weeks before the event. 

After downloading the  Terrapinn Events app, you can log in with the same email you used for registration. Follow the instructions on the app to register for an account.

After registering to the app, you will be able to:

  • View the attendee list
  • View all exhibitors
  • Make connections and network with other attendees by requesting meetings
  • Build your personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in

Can I request meetings with other attendees?

Yes, you can request meetings with other attendees on Terrapinn Events App when the event app is live prior to the event.

Policies

How do I get my CPD certificate?

You can earn up to 26 hours of CPD accreditation by attending this year's Congress. You will need to register the sessions you would like to attend priot to the event via the Terrapinn Events App.

After the event, all delegates will receive an email with instructions on how to obtain their CPD certificate.

Is there a dress code?

Our attendees typically dress in business attire at our events.

Can I bring my child?

Individuals under 18 will not be permitted entrance to the event.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Refunds are not available. Please read our T&C's before purchasing your ticket(s) to the congress. You are able to transfer the ticket to a different name. Please contact charlotte.thom@terrapinn.com
