Pascal Brokmeier is Head of Engineering at Every Cure, where he co-leads the development of the organization's MATRIX platform, an AI-powered system that analyzes over 75 million drug-disease combinations to identify promising repurposing opportunities for rare and untreatable diseases. Prior to joining Every Cure in June 2024, Pascal spent four years at McKinsey & Company's QuantumBlack AI practice, where he led initiatives that enabled over 800 technologists to leverage AI across more than 200 client projects and built the firm's internal GenAI platform serving millions of AI requests. He holds a Master's degree in Business & Computer Science from the University of Cologne and brings extensive technical expertise across software, cloud, and data engineering to Every Cure's mission of accelerating life-saving treatments through systematic drug repurposing.
