Kim was the Executive Director of the Canadian MPS Society from 2016 to 2024. Under her leadership, the Canadian MPS Society has seen significant growth in its programs and services, expanded its advocacy efforts, and enhanced its support for individuals and families affected by mucopolysaccharidoses (MPS) across Canada.
