Speaker FAQs

The event producer will pre-register you. You will then receive a link to a personalized registration form via email from the producer. You must complete this form in order to confirm your registration.

As a speaker, your registration gives you access to the entire 3-day congress, including pre-congress workshops and networking events.

Log into your account at terrapinn.com/my-account using the credentials set during registration.

• Can change: Photo and professional biography.
• Requires Producer: Changes to name, job title, company, or email.

Check the individual session in the agenda:

• 15-minute slot: 10-12 mins content + 3-5 mins Q&A.
• 30-minute slot: 20-25 mins content + 5-10 mins Q&A.

• September 19: Optional abstract submission deadline.
• September 22: Event launches on Terrapinn Events App.
• October 10: Final deadline for presentation slides and title changes.

Use PowerPoint (.ppt) in 16:9 wide-screen format. PDF formats are not accepted for the live presentation.

Panels are typically 40-60 minutes and focus on interactive discussion. Slides are strongly discouraged.

Panel Prep: A preparation call is scheduled approximately 6 weeks before the event to align on themes and questions.

Chairs tie the day together by opening/closing tracks, introducing speakers, and facilitating Q&A. You will receive a detailed "chair pack" on-site.

Please arrive at your conference room 20 minutes before the networking break ends to check slides with AV and meet your session chair.

Speakers book their own travel. Discounted rates are available via our website .

You can earn up to 26 hours of CPD points. Certificates will be emailed within six weeks after the event.
